Relationship Partner (RP)/ Relation Leader - Business Banking

Job Role :

  • Acquisition of New–to–Bank Business Banking SME relationships with a turnover upto 100 crores for CBB through the CRM and Knowledge Banking approach.
  • Acquiring WCDL/ CC/ OD, term loans, Current Accounts, CMS, trade products (LC / BG) within the parameters set by the bank
  • Cross Sell products like FOREX, Treasury Deals, Fixed Deposits, Insurance (both Life and Non Life)
  • Co-ordinate with the service teams to ensure smooth on-boarding of the client
  • Consistently seek an opportunity to expand share of wallet of the customer base with help of the Transactional Banking Group for Trade and CMS Cross sell
  • Meeting the targets - both in respect of bottom line as well as top line by ensuring bench mark productivity
  • Manage to achieve the assigned business volumes at the individual level
  • Manage diverse sourcing channels including the Branch
  • Good Market knowledge of ‘Business Banking’
  • Good knowledge of regulatory guidelines
  • Acquiring and managing relationships in defined BSA
  • Primary responsibility to bring fresh Liability Asset and Trade business, both by new acquisition and cross-sell
  • Focus on offering financial solutions for WC requirements, CMS and trade financing
  • Maintain highest portfolio quality by proactive account management and early alert process
  • Track latest development in the industry, sector and regulations
  • Consistently seek an opportunity to expand share of wallet of customer base with help of TBG for Trade and CMS, CF or Project Funding, CIB for Channel Corporate linked vendor and dealer financing
  • Responsible for the bottom line as well as top line targets for self as well as the Relationship Partner by ensuring bench mark productivity
  • Market mapping of BSA, strategies for expansion of market base and proactively working towards development of new products new markets with Prod Team

Job Role :

  • Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Management of the Cluster.
  • Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the Cluster.
  • Cluster headcount budget to be maintained.
  • Should ensure that the Cluster complies with Bank’s policies and processes.
  • Ensure that the Cluster follows the BEST Document.
  • Ensure BELT meetings are conducted periodically in his Cluster.
  • Team Motivation and Team Building.
  • Ensure timely Learning and Development for his Cluster.
  • Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products and services.
  • Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the Cluster and for various product and services.
  • Awareness of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standards.
  • Ensure Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met as per the prescribed norms
  • Monitor and ensure the Upkeep of the Branches and ATMs within the Cluster.
  • Ensure timely submission of MIS reports. 
  • Fully conversant with MS Office 
  • Market knowledge of ‘Retail Banking’ or ‘Consumer Banking’ or ‘Branch Banking’
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines
