Job Role            :

  • Responsible for meeting IT manpower requirements.
  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process for IT division (including its description,recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
  • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
  • To work with line managers in developing suitable and cost effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Support managers in the effective management of their people, providing advice and guidance on HR processes, good work practice and the handling of "sensitive" or difficult situations.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and culture initiative rollouts
  • Monthly HR Update for the employees and sharing the same with the Corporate HR.
  • To monitor and analyze data including turnover rates, absence, equal opportunities information, health & safety issues and trends etc, reporting to line managers/HQ with recommendations for future action.
  • To agree with line managers in determining appropriate reward and recognition levels, through accurate and timely management of both the appraisal and reward schemes.
  • To ensure offers of employment and associated contract documentation are within HR policy, including appropriate employment checks.
  • To take responsibility for specific HR related projects from time to time and as required researching, progressing and coordinating and making recommendations for future action.
  • To undertake any other duties, as may from time to time be required.
Skills Required :
  • MBA in HR/IR with 3 -5 years of experience.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proven influencing, negotiation and time management skills and be able to work independently and meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to use discretion and deal effectively with uncertainty, change and ambiguity.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills including, Excel, PowerPoint,Word etc.
